Two exhausted parents needed a calm shared rhythm app, not another tracker. In 11 active days we shipped a production PWA with orbit predictions, offline sync, and 29 cited articles on the same governed Apptension SDLC harness we install for client teams. 159 merged PRs. Zero improvisation.

At 3 a.m., one parent is up with the baby and the other is guessing what happened at the last feed. nini.bot closes that gap: a shared rhythm companion where two caregivers log sleep, feeding, and soothing in a few taps, see the same pattern map, and get evidence-informed guidance without streaks or rigid schedules.

We built it as a mobile-first installable PWA on Next.js and Neon Postgres, deployed on Vercel. It is also our live reference ship for Apptension SDLC: the governed harness, skills, verification gates, and agent-ready backlog we install when a client team wants AI-assisted speed without losing control.

The brief sounded simple. The surface was not. A predictive rhythm orbit, partner presence, offline-first logging, clinical guardrails, and a cited knowledge library all had to feel calm on a phone in the dark.

The delivery bet was sharper: could a governed agentic loop ship production scope in days, not quarters? Orbit math, sync outboxes, OTP auth, CMS seeding, and PWA hardening are not prompt-friendly. They need tests, review, and rules that survive the next agent run.

We started with a blank repository on July 31, 2026. By August 11, nini.bot was live.

Apptension SDLC ran the full loop: shared context packs, agent-ready issues, skills, Vitest coverage, and evidence-rich pull requests before merge. Throughput peaked early: 41 merges on day one, 50 on August 1. Across 11 active days the team landed 159 merged PRs, 307 commits, and 649 closed issues, with agent branches merging through the same gates as human work.

When something broke, it became a harness rule, a test, or a context pack, not a one-off fix. Product intent stayed in a structured backlog agents could execute against. That is how orbit wheels, quick-log tiles, knowledge carousels, and install prompts shipped inside measurable quality boundaries.
