Capture stays on your machine. Studio opens without an API key. Narration and the music bed call ElevenLabs only when you add one. A local stub exists for practice, and it is not for a client delivery.
One 1920×1080 master, captions, chapters, and a poster. The same cut also exports square, vertical, a lighter 720p file for Slack or email, and a short GIF for a README.
No. A director note in plain language picks the smallest safe scope: story, brand, timing, plates, or voice. Studio waits for your approval before it renders. The timeline is there when you want a precise retime.
