Now, you decide, because well - we are looking for a creative and open-minded Content Manager to join our Marketing department.


What's this position about?

  • identify, target and effectively engage potential clients at different stages, from startups to enterprise-level customers.
  • proactively qualify and reach out to appropriate prospects to create new business opportunities
  • independently navigate the entire sales cycle, leveraging your extensive business acumen and networking skills to build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and managing complex negotiations
  • collaborate seamlessly with the other teams, department Heads and C-level  to ensure smooth project handovers and delivery
  • actively contribute to defining the team's strategy and objectives to align with and achieve the overarching company goals 
  • participate in conferences and industry events to network with potential clients, identify business opportunities, and establish initial contact with new connections
  • travel abroad for meetings with clients, attend trade shows, conferences, and meetups
  • identify potential ambassadors and build strong, long-lasting relationships with them to contribute to cultivating a thriving referral network

What do you need to have to join us?

  • +5 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record in client acquisition
  • experience in a software house, SaaS sales, or an agency in a client-facing role 
  • a fearless approach to outreach activities and a proactive attitude toward driving business growth
  • high level of self-motivation and resilience, with the ability to persevere through challenges
  • ability to work with targets and under pressure
  • willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, conferences, and meetups
  • strong networking abilities, enabling you to forge and maintain valuable connections
  • experience in working with international clients
  • advanced English is a must (minimum C1)

Salary:

CoE: PLN gross 11600-14000
