We’re now on a lookout for a brilliant Business Development Representative to join our Poznań office.

What's this position about?

As a Business Development Representative at Apptension, you will be expected to:

  • focus on inbound leads - working on qualifying the leads and encouraging them to start working with Apptension
  • contribute to Company’s growth through actively seeking new business and networking opportunities
  • respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information, and creating a positive customer experience by following the established communication and sales process between Apptension and clients
  • directly collaborate with Apptension project teams and client’s representatives to ensure clients vision and needs are met along the way while creating the service quotations and proposals
  • join forces with our Office team to assure all formal requirements for each project are fulfilled
  • conduct the market research, analyze the industry and competitors’ performance in relation to Apptension services
  • use the existing measures to ensure client’s positive experience and happiness at every stage of the project cycle
  • initiate and coordinate sales back-office processes and documentation
  • negotiating terms with new accounts and closing business deals

What do you need to have to join us?

Here’s a list of the qualities we would like you to have:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position/account management at a software consulting/SaaS services company
  • experience in maintaining communication with B2B clients within the IT sector e.g. Creative Agencies, Producents, Project Managers and Startups
  • strong understanding of IT service standards and sales process of those
  • ability to judge the best approach to take on with given lead in order to maximize the chances to close the deal through
  • working with targets (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and exceeding them over 100% for at least a couple of quarters
  • good command of English both spoken and written (C1)
  • excellent manner of written and verbal communication with clients
  • general knowledge of outreach process and account management
  • experience with G Suite
  • proactive approach to improving processes
  • ability to work independently and manage your work schedule efficiently
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • experience in creating specific client proposals and overseeing quotation process
  • experience in addressing and resolving some customer issues with support of a senior colleague
